You might decide to work on barista fundamentals, learning how to extract balanced espresso, steam silky milk, or create clean latte art patterns. If sensory training and flavour understanding are more your focus, we can guide you through a cupping and teach you how to identify sweetness, acidity, body, and the influence of origin or processing. For those interested in the roasting side, we offer insights into roast development and how to approach tasting and brewing light-roasted coffees with clarity and confidence.

If filter brewing is your priority, we can concentrate on grind size, water ratios, flow control, and the variables that shape a clean, expressive cup. And if you’d like help dialing in your coffees—whether espresso or filter—we’ll walk through a structured approach to tasting and adjusting until your result matches your preference.

You’re also welcome to bring your own home setup, so we can dial in directly on the equipment you use every day. This way, you leave not only with new knowledge, but with practical, personalised methods you can recreate at home.Each workshop is built around your goals, ensuring the time is focused, relevant, and aligned with the kind of coffee you want to make.

You can choose to have your session either in our showroom in Bockenheim, or in our roastery in Sachsenhausen, whichever environment suits you best.
